I use Photoshop 5.0 for making skins because I think it's the best program for that. I will keep making skin tutorials when I don't have any ideas for skins. I'm working on an Advanced skin tutorial wich should be around soon. Buying Photoshop will be well worth it |

Drawing a wheel would take too long and it wouldn't look as good as just sticking
a wheel on the skin so you can now download a wheel pack that contains lot's of
high detail bmp's and jpg front view wheels sorted by manufacturer.This zip is
